So, to be clear, the Advanced Controls DO NOT exist on even the most recent Mac versions of the VLC Media Player. I simply wanted to cut out a clip from a longer.mkv file for editing in Final Cut Pro X.What's the best way to do that?I also don't know how to retrieve any answers to my query.
